Alaska Fish Report

Captain Noah's day started off with the chance meeting of an inquisitive 7 year old angler who was eager to see a salmon shark. In fact, it was the first question he had when he stepped aboard the Renegade yesterday. Captain Noah told the young man that in his seven years of working for Saltwater Safari he had yet to boat a salmon shark. All day long the little angler kept talking about salmon sharks. And then this happened! Looks to me like Captain Noah met the shark whisperer yesterday! For those wondering, salmon sharks are related to the great white and mako shark and they're excellent table fare! The lady that landed this one took home a freezer full of prime shark steaks!
